Renew a Lease

The tenant will receive a reminder letter from ADCP upto 120 days prior to lease expiry date.

Cancel a Lease

Tenant may contact ADCP to request for cancellation of lease.

Transfer a Lease

ADCP honors Residential, Retail and Commercial lease transfers, provided the following conditions are met:
