Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties provides a Construction Monitoring service on behalf of lending institutions during the preliminary design stages and during construction through to completion and handover. With significant funds at risk, our monitoring services provide comfort to institutions in such situations by forecasting potential problems during the construction period and providing relevant advice.

This service includes:

• Reviewing and monitoring of costing including certificates of payments.
• Reviewing and monitoring of programmes.
• Review of contractual arrangements.
• Review of planning applications for developments.
• Review of other statutory consents such as Health and Safety or Building Control.
• Review of project design including commentary on quality and fitness for purpose where necessary.
