Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties was established by ADCB in January 2007 to act its property services subsidiary. 

Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties now operates across the entire UAE, providing services to bank and privately owned properties. Our biggest project is construction and property management agreement we have with the government of Abu Dhabi, which involve the management of 55 Million sq/ft. of buildings and the construction of more than 750 buildings.

With a strong specialized team of construction and real estate professionals, we provide our customers with a high quality services across the entire spectrum of property services.

Construction management that ensures the completion of quality project and long-term asset management incorporating facility management and tenant management are all provide under one roof to ensure the long-term value of our customer’s property assets.
